A GAY couple have been publicly flogged in Indonesia after an Islamic court found them 'guilty' of having sexual intercourse.

The pair were whipped more than 80 times each in front of a 1,000-strong jeering crowd in Aceh province after being apprehended by a homophobic vigilante mob earlier this year.

Shridhar Chillal's fingernails had a combined length of an astounding 31ft when he decided to finally get rid of them.

This footage reveals the horrific conditions an adult lion has been kept in - all because a restaurant owner wanted to amuse his customers.
