UFC legend Michael Bisping shows off hugely swollen leg after undergoing successful knee replacement
UFC legend Michael Bisping has shared a gruesome image of his massively swollen leg after undergoing a successful knee replacement.
Bisping, 40, took to social media after going under the knife in California.
Sharing an image of his left leg looking twice the size of his right, Bisping wrote: "'On the couch screaming in agony and a leg that's swollen twice the size.
"Not my favourite day!"
Earlier, The Count revealed INTERNAL shots of the new implant in his knee before surgeons sewed him back up again.
The Englishman's incredible career - which saw him win the UFC Middleweight championship - took a huge toll on his body.
He posted shots on Instagram with his wife Rebecca and one of his three children after his successful op.
The 40-year-old is expected to be on the crutches for the next two months as he recovers.
The 30-9 MMA legend called time on his illustrious career after suffering defeat to Kelvin Gastelum in November 2017.
But his knee was left shattered by the toil of so many big hits and he needed a replacement.
Bisping went under the surgeon's knife yesterday for a total knee replacement.
He previously showed what a gold knee replacement looked like on another patient.
He captioned this pic with: "Me, very soon! Yikes! Thursday morning gotta get a total knee replacement unfortunately. But very excited to get my life back. (No gold though).”
The Cyprus-born UFC fighter is no stranger to sharing gruesome images on social media, though.
He previously popped out his prosthetic eye during a live interview on the Believe You Me podcast.
