GEORGIE SHORE star Marty McKenna launched a chair and water at rival Sam Gowland in their fiesty press conference.

The reality TV duo are set for a charity MMA bout next month in their hometown of Newcastle.

Both McKenna and Gowland have dated fellow Geordie Shore regular Chloe Ferry helping to spark their bitter feud.

And during their pre-fight presser took a twist when Marty suddenly flipped at his upcoming opponent.

After back-and-forth bickering that Sam settled for Marty's "seconds" and about Chloe's cheating past, Sam said: "I'm gonna punch your f***ing face in, stand over you and smile as you f***ing lay there cold out. I'm gonna knock you out you little fat c***. Simple as that."

Marty fired back some words off-mic before suddenly jumping out of his chair in an attempt to try and scrap Sam, who shoved his opponent away.

As he was held back by security, Marty lobbed two cups of water and then hurled his seat in a bizarre rage.

Security broke it up before things spilled over too far and then McKenna stormed out of the room.

He wrote on Twitter: "Snippet of mine and sams press conference .. @famemmauk watch the full thing on YouTube was an emotional evening haha."

But many were unconvinced by the apparent bust-up, claiming it was clearly set up.

Geordie Shore's Abbie Holborn simply wrote: "Dead," followed by laughing emojis.

@bendavidson25 wrote: "Is this a fight over who wins chloe from geordie shore or? Wet wipes."

@DanielGrant92 added: "Embarrassingly scripted."

@haggo28 joked: "Like Geordie shore not staged one single tiny bit."

Other labelled Marty a "wannabe Connor McGregor" before one said that he was "about as hard as a McFlurry left out in the sun for 3 days".

McKenna and Gowland will be on the undercard for Fame MMA's takeover of the Utilita Arena on December 14.

The event is being headlined by Celebrity Big Brother winner Stephen Bear's clash with Vicky Pattison and Charlotte Crosby's ex-boyfriend Scotty T.
