WELCOME to a lavish existence.
On Wednesday, ex-Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone, 89, became a father for the fourth time after wife Fabiana, 44, gave birth to their son, Ace.
A heir to a £2.5billion fortune, the baby boy can expect to live a life of luxury.
Not only will he be carted around in a private Dassault Falcon 7X jet worth £40million, Ace will also enjoy sailing in Croatia, a £23million chalet in the Swiss Alps, and can expect an almighty inheritance.
But Ace, who has a 65-year-old elder sister old enough to be his gran, won't be getting close to any nannies and can forget fancy cuisine, if his dad's culinary tastes are to be believed.
WHICH HOUSE TODAY?
Through the years, billionaire Bernie has built an incredible property empire.
He did own an astonishing home in Kensington Park Gardens that overlooked the palace Prince Harry and Meghan Markle lived in until they dropped their royal titles.
However, he sold the property for £57million when ex-wife Slavica Radić reportedly refused to move in.
In London he had an apartment in Knightsbridge, above the old Formula 1 offices in Princes Gate.
But when was ousted by Liberty Media, who took control and gave him an undefined role as emeritus chairman, Ecclestone quit the sport in 2017 and relocated to Switzerland.
There, more precisely in the exclusive resort town of Gstaad, he lives in a stunning £23million ski chalet.
Called 'Le Lion', the four-storey home has been in the Ecclestone family for over 20 years.
Neighbours include Italian fashion designer Valentino, while disgraced movie director Roman Polanski also used to live nearby before he moved to France.
The chalet holds sentimental value for Bernie and Fabiana, who began dating in 2009 and married in 2012. It's where they exchanged their vows in a private ceremony.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
Living like an Ecclestone means there's no need for commercial flying or hiring a yacht ever again.
Said to own a fleet of private jets, his most well-known is the Dassault Falcon 7X, worth a cool £40million new.
It seats 12 passengers, promising uncompromising cabin comfort, and has a range of 5,950 nautical miles.
Then there's his £30million yacht 'Petara', named after his two daughters Petra and Tamara, that was most recently seen arriving at Port of Gruz in the beautiful Croatian hotspot Dubrovnik.
She can accommodate 12 guests, has a spacious contemporary interior designed by Studio Celeste Dell’Anna, and boasts a cruise speed of 16 knots.
Croatia is believed to be Bernie's favourite holiday destination, so Ace can look forward to spending his early years there.
HIS BIG SISTERS
Ace is Bernie's first boy.
His eldest child, Deborah, 65, was born to his first wife Ivy Bamford before he had socialites Tamara, 35, and Petra, 31, with his second wife, Radic.
Unlike her sisters, Deborah shuns the limelight. Like dad she works in business but not much is known about her personal life.
However, Tamara and Petra's lives have played out on TV shows and in the media.
They're both famous for spending their daddy's millions, which they were allowed access to through a trust when they turned 18, on designer clothes, fast cars, and mansions.
"I don't think they should have bought handbags and shoes but anyway, they are in the fortunate position of being able to," he told The Independent in 2012.
Interestingly, both girls didn't grow up with nannies on their mother's orders, so Bernie and Fabiana may follow suit with Ace.
Last year, LA-based Petra, who endured a high-profile acrimonious divorce in October 2017 from James Stunt, sold her 123-room Holmby Hills home for a record £95million.
The huge mansion boasted a hair salon, massage parlour, tanning room, bowling alley, swimming pool, spa and tennis court. It was bigger than The White House.
Petra has since downsized in a £18million Brentwood home that spans approximately 13,500 square feet, has 8 bedrooms and a total of 11.5 baths. Basketball legend LeBron James is a neighbour.
Tamara starred in her own reality TV show, Tamara Ecclestone: Billion $$$ Girl on Channel 5 in 2011.
In 2013 she posed nude for Playboy magazine, and appeared in Tamara's World on ITVBe in 2017.
She lives with husband Jay Rutland and their daughter Sofia in a 57-room mansion worth a whopping £70million on 'London's £3billion street' in Kensington.
Last year, Tamara and her home hit the headlines when thieves broke in and stole £50 million worth of jewellery, including a diamond encrusted Cartier bangle worth £80,000.
A NICE INHERITANCE
Bernie has created a business portfolio that Ace and his daughters will happily step into, when the time comes to take over the reigns.
He famously bought a mountain, Glacier 3000 for an unknown figure because he "liked it", according to Tamara, and has plans to turn it into a ski resort.
Then there's his huge £8million coffee plantation in Brazil the size of Monaco, where he creates Celebrity Coffee, a business managed by Fabiana.
On top of that, Ecclestone runs the stunning alpine retreat, Hotel Olden - a four star hotel that's rated one of the best in Gstaad.
But despite being able to afford everything in life, Bernie does have modest tastes.

In fact, it wasn't uncommon for Ecclestone to chair important F1 meetings at The Star pub in Chessington, washing down his pedestrian meal with a pint.
Time will tell if Ace follows his father's lead, or lives the high-life like his sisters.
