West Ham in transfer talks with Barcelona over Moussa Wague, 21, with Moyes searching for new right-back
WEST HAM have in talks with Barcelona over right-back Moussa Wague, according to reports.
The Senegal international has three years left on his contract at Camp Nou but with just six first-team appearances to his name, reports say Barcelona would be happy to let him go.
Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo claims the Hammers are in discussions with the La Liga giants over a move for the 21-year-old.
David Moyes came close to signing Wague in the closing days of the January transfer window, but is now thought to have two options to finally land his man.
The Hammers could tempt Barcelona into this summer, or sign Wague on loan and pay £14million to make the move permanent next year.
West Ham have been left with a serious lack of options at right-back.

Veteran Pablo Zabaleta left the club at the end of last month and youngster Jeremy Ngakia refused a short-term extension to take him through to the end of the season.
Ryan Fredericks is the only viable option in the position at present and the Hammers' hierarchy appear to have entered the market as a result.
Wague spent the second half of this season on loan at French side Nice, who decided against activating his purchase option.
Due to the cancellation of the Ligue 1 season however, he made only five appearances for Nice, registering two assists.
