MAURIZIO SARRI led the wild celebrations after Juventus were crowned Serie A champions for a ninth consecutive time.

The ex-Chelsea chief, 61, is the oldest manager ever to win the Italian top-flight and enjoyed some Champers and a fag.

Cristiano Ronaldo, meanwhile, stripped down and made sure to flex his muscles in every photo opportunity as he won his second Scudetto.

But it wasn't all good news for the Portuguese superstar as a missed penalty left him three behind Lazio's Ciro Immobile in the race for the golden boot.

Italian Immobile netted a hat-trick earlier on Sunday in a 5-1 win at Verona.

And Ronadlo wasted no time in closing the gap to his goalscoring rival as he opened the scoring seven minutes into added time before the break.

Barcelona-bound Miralem Pjanic provided the assist from a free-kick, as he drilled the ball across to Ronaldo.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner coolly slotted home from just inside the box.

It took his goal tally to 35 this season in 44 games, with 31 coming in the league.

Striker Federico Bernardeschi then sealed the points on 67 minutes.

Ronaldo had the chance to grab his second after a penalty was awarded on the 89th minute, but his riffled effort smashed off the crossbar.

However it mattered little as Juventus comfortably claimed the three points needed to extinguish the faint title hopes of trailers Lazio and Inter Milan.

They will lift the trophy against Roma at home next Sunday.

It will be boss Sarri's first trophy of his managerial career on home soil, and only his second overall after Chelsea's Europa League triumph last season.

And he could still add more, with Juventus also looking forward to a Champions League last-16 second-leg clash with Lyon next month.

The winner of that tie will face either Man City or Real Madrid in the quarters when the rearranged end-of-season mini-tournament kicks off in Lisbon.
