Wimbledon 2016: Tennis bad boy Nick Kyrgios into the second round with win over old timer Radek Stepanek
Australian beat 37-year-old 6-4 6-3 6-7 6-1 in front of Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech
NICK KYRGIOS saw off the oldest racquet-swinger in town to progress to the second round.
The Aussie whizkid, 21, prevailed 6-4 6-3 6-7 6-1 over Radek Stepanek - who at 37 years and 227 days is the most senior man in Wimbledon's main draw.
Stepanek showed some limber movement and crowd-pleasing acrobatics that belied his years - yet still he was no match for the bad-boy of tennis.
Kyrgios has earned a reputation for moaning on court but barring the odd grumble he was a happy chappie thanks to a relatively solid display.
The Canberra ace broke twice - although he was also broken to love - to take the first set, and clinched the second with a stunning cross-court forehand.

An early Kyrgios break in the third was cancelled out by a late Stepanek fightback, and the Czech - watched on by pal Petr Cech - sealed a thrilling tie-break 11-9 to halve the deficit.
However, it only delayed the inevitable as fatigue appeared to set in for the veteran with Kyrgios romping to victory in the fourth.
