Inside Conor McGregor’s £120m fortune, including £6m property empire, £3m car collection, bespoke yacht and whisky brand
ONE thing is for certain – MMA legend Conor McGregor knows how to live his life.
‘Notorous’ returns to the Octagon on Saturday to square off against Dustin Poirier at UFC 257 – his first fight in a year.
During his career, McGregor, 32, has accumulated an incredible wealth and is believed to be worth around £120million.
Not only has he made his fortune through fighting, his whisky brand Proper No. Twelve continues to grow.
And that is thought to be valued at an extra £145million.
And McGregor has spent his money, as you would if you were a top sports star – on homes, cars, bespoke yacht and lots of flashy watches.
Take a look inside his mega fortune with SunSport.
HOMES
McGregor’s property empire is befitting of the ‘King of the UFC’.
He owns a stunning property in Ireland, as well as a beautiful villa home in Spain.
When he was making his name in America, McGregor also owned a Las Vegas mansion.
In 2019, he splashed £2million on a stunning mansion in The Paddocks near Straffan, Co Kildare that sits behind an elite gated Ladycastle community at the K Club.
The property has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and games room.

There are horse riding facilities, as well as incredible views of the River Liffey.
His Marbella holiday home is in The Heights, a luxury development that boasts wonderful views of the Mediterranean and is on the door step of the La Resina Golf Course.
It looks spectacular from the outside with an LED lit driveway and smart water feature.
There’s a customised gym, a home spa and large outdoor swimming pool, which is directly accessible from his bedroom.
A massive dining area overlooks the ocean and he can also gaze out onto the coast while relaxing in his hot tub.
Until 2017, McGregor rented the 12,000 square-foot Henderson home he called ‘The Mac Mansion’ that sold for £2.3million the same year.
That property boasted seven bedrooms, a 50ft infinity pool, spa that can accommodate ten people, and had a back garden golf course.
CARS
Through various posts on social media, McGregor has happily showed us his astonishing car collection.
His monster fleet features around £2million worth of motors, including four Rolls-Royces, Lamborghinis and Mercedes.
The most expensive car he owns is a £305,000 Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe.
But when he’s looking for speed, he turns to his Lamborghini Aventador Roadster £276,515.
And he has been seen behind the wheel of a gorgeous orange McLaren 650S valued at £200,000 too.
For a smooth ride, McGregor could also take his Mercedes-AMG S550 Coupe worth £110,570.
In 2019, he treated missus Dee Devlin to a £155,000 Lamborghini Urus.
YACHT
Not to be confused with the yacht he hired to take him to Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, McGregor bought himself a luxury Lamborghini Tecnomar – dubbed the ‘Supercar of the Sea’ in 2020.
Costing £3m, only 63 of the yachts will be made, with the Notorious purchasing number 12 in homage to his Proper No Twelve whisky brand.
The Tecnomar 63 – which boasts over 4,000 horsepower – is capable of reaching a top speed of 69mph thanks to its 24.2-liter V-12 diesels.
It measures at 63ft long and weighs 24 tonnes, and is Lamborghini’s first foray into the sporting yacht world.
McGregor wrote on Instagram: “Thank you Giuseppe Constantino and the entire team at ‘The Italian Sea Group’ for your amazing work!
“Excited to see the finished result during next season’s yachting season.”
WATCHES
Last year, we revealed McGregor boasted a watch collection to die for – that’s now worth a staggering £3million.
We spied a Jacob & Co Astronomia Gambler worth £500,000, accompanied with an alligator strap and 18k rose gold folding buckle, that’s also been worn by hip-hop star Drake.
A £75,000 Patek Philippe Nautilus 5980 1AR 001, worn by Premier League footballers, is a favourite he often shares on Instagram.
Then there’s McGregor’s love of Rolex.
He has almost every Rolex you can buy – including a £33,000 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Sky-Dweller Everose Gold, an Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 40 Platinum (£40,000) and a Oyster Perpetual Yacht-Master II at £28,000.
McGregor’s Audemars Piquet’s Diamond Encrusted Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph worth £105,000 is also to die for.
But recently, he upped the ante further by adding a dazzling £730,000 Astronomia Tourbillon Baguette to his collection.
He said on his Instagram, it “is composed of a magnificent Jacob-Cut 288-facet diamond spherical diamond that reflects every ray of incoming light, illuminating the night sky throughout its 60-second rotation around an independent axis”.
As well as a £1.2m Jacob & Co Rasputin that boasts blue hands and a naughty secret.

WHISKY
In 2018, McGregor launched Proper No Twelve.
Described as an ultra-smooth blend of golden grain and single malt with hints of vanilla, honey and toasted wood, it has become a firm favourite among whisky drinkers.
In early 2019, Proper No Twelve sold out a six month allocation in its first ten days – shipping around 200,000 cases and generating about £25million in sales.
The following year, Proper No Twelve continued its rapid rise – reporting a 24 per cent increase in sales. In comparison, the market leader Jameson only recorded a 6 per cent increase.
According to reports, the brand is now said to be worth £145million.
So that could make him worth an eye-watering £265million.
Not bad for a former apprentice plumber.
