LIVERPOOL are reportedly leading the race for Croatian teenage sensation Ante Coric.
The Reds have made a £12.8million bid for the midfielder according to media outlet in his homeland.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is in pole position to get Croatian teenage sensation Ante Coric.
The 19-year-old is regarded as one of the hottest prospects in European football and was in his country’s squad for Euro 2016.
The Dinamo Zagreb starlet did not make an appearance, but there is no shortage of interest in securing his services.
West Ham reportedly made a £10million bid for him last month while Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is also interested.

But appears Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is determined to get his man and has spoken to Coric personally.
The German is hoping to seal the deal so Coric can join the Reds on their US tour later this month.
They play Chelsea at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California on July 27, before further clashes with AC Milan (July 30) and AS Roma (August 1).
Coric, who was named as Croatian Hope of the Year last season, scored five goals and provided six assists in 41 appearances for the Croatian champions last season.
He is also the holder of the record of the youngest goalscorer in Europa League history after scoring against Astra Giurgiu aged just 17 years and 157 days.
