Johnny Sexton and Conor Murray OUT as Billy Burns starts for Ireland in Six Nations clash against France

BILLY BURNS will start at out-half for Ireland against France on Sunday.

Iain Henderson will captain the side in the absence of both Johnny Sexton and James Ryan in the second round of Six Nations games.

Conor Murray has dropped out out of the squad altogether due to a hamstring strain with Jamison Gibson-Park starting at nine and Craig Casey named on the bench.

Rhys Ruddock takes Peter O'Mahony's place in the back row.

The team in-full is as follows: Cian Healy, Rob Herring and Andrew Porter start in the front row with Tadhg Beirne and Iain Henderson named at lock.

Rhys Ruddock, Josh van der Flier and CJ Stander make up the back row.

Gibson-Park and Burns are the half-back pairing with Robbie Henshaw and Garry Ringrose named on the centre. James Lowe and Keith Earls start on the wing with Hugo Keenan at fullback.

Ronan Kelleher, Ed Byrne, Tadhg Furlong, Ultan Dillane, Will Connors, Craig Casey, Ross Byrne and Jordan Larmour are named on the bench.
