Joe Hart mercilessly trolled by Borussia Monchengladbach in Twitter spat with Manchester City
TWITTER spats need not be solely restricted to the world of showbiz as Borussia Monchengladbach and Manchester City have proved.
Rather than the rather malicious tone of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's recent exchange with Taylor Swift, the two football clubs showed how to do it in good spirit - although England keeper may think differently.
The much-maligned City stopper was the butt of the jokes as Bundesliga side Gladbach tweeted they were a couple of goalkeepers light for pre-season training.
Fitness coach Markus Muller, who has more than a passing resemblance to Hart, stepped in between the sticks for shooting practice.

Muller proved a dab hand in goal, and Gladbach stuck one in on the England number one, whose costly mistakes as 's men crashed out of Euro 2016 made him public enemy number one.
They Tweeted: "Not a bad stop either, Markus! Practically Joe Hart with a beard, except the ball didn't go in" - claiming Muller was BETTER than Hart.
But City's social media whizzes rushed to the defence of their man - and it was a good comeback too, digging out a clip of Hart saving a penalty against Monchengladbach last season.
Gladbach realised the effectiveness of City's reply and conceded defeat - but not without a passing shot at Hart's cringeworthy adverts for shampoo brand Head and Shoulders.
Those Germans and their sense of humour, eh?
