CHELSEA are looking to bring Everton striker Romelu Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge.

New Blues boss Antonio Conte has seen two bids rejected for Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata, so now he’s turned his attention to Lukaku.

The west Londoners failed to prise Spanish international Morata away with bids of £50million and £63million.

Conte already has plenty of firepower in his ranks including new signing Michy Batshuayi as well as Diego Costa and Loic Remy.

But he’s keen to add more and will offer the Toffees £50million for their Belgium international.

However, it could be a struggle to get him as the Goodison Park side value their star man at a staggering £65million.

Chelsea sold Lukaku, 23, to the Merseysiders for £28million in the summer of 2014 when now Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho was in charge.

Lukaku, who scored 25 goals last season, is still on holiday following Euro 2016 and is due back at Everton later this week.

Lukaku shot to prominence in 2010, when he finished the season as top scorer in the Belgian league at the age of 16.

His form alerted Chelsea, who paid £10m to bring him to Stamford Bridge in 2011.

After a season in the reserves, he moved to West Brom on loan where he scored 17 league goals in 35 appearances, including a hat-trick in the 5-5 draw with Manchester United.
