JUVENTUS want to sign Barcelona midfielder if Paul Pogba is sold to Manchester United.
The Italian giants are currently considering offers from 's Red Devils and Real Madrid for Frenchman , but want at least £100 million excluding agent ’s £16m commission.
And Italian newspaper if they do sell Pogba, they will pour some of that money into signing former West Ham and Liverpool player Mascherano.
The Argentina international is highly sought after due to his versatility, being able to play in midfield or defence - but the player himself made it clear earlier this month he wanted to continue playing for Barca.

That is despite rumours of his departure from the Nou Camp, where he has played since 2010 gaining momentum since the end of the season, with two years left on his current contract.
Juve have spent £79m on Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain in the past few days, so are running down their resources and Mascherano's deal could be in doubt if Pogba goes for less money than they hope.
The Serie A champions have also looked at the likes of Everton target , Chelsea's Nemanja Matic and wantaway Newcastle midfielder Moussa Sissoko.
