Ex-World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall reveals 6st weight loss ahead of Hafthor Bjornsson fight as he trains with 150kg bag

EDDIE HALL has lost a whopping SIX STONE ahead of his fight with Hafthor Bjornsson.

The Brit faces his strongman rival in September 18 in Florida, dubbed 'The Heaviest Boxing Match in History'.

Hall weighed as heavy as 197kg (30st) in 2017 when he was at the peak of his strongman career.

But earlier this year, he posted a side-by-side picture which revealed he was down to 161kg (25st).

In Hall’s latest training video, he trained with a 150kg heavy bag in preparation to fight Thor.

And he also confirmed he is down to 158kg, now at a lowest of 24st 8lb.

: “It is day one of the 12 week fight camp. Things are ramping up, or ramping down, whichever way you look at it.

“No backing out. We’ve got a plan. A fight plan and training plan. We’ve got a four week camp for when we head out to Florida as well.”

Bjornsson, 33, known as 'Thor', has had two exhibitions bouts in the lead up to his fight with Hall.

Firstly against Irishman Steven Ward and then against ex-English title challenger Simon Vallily at the end of May.

And afterwards, he warned: "Eddie Hall, you better be training your ass off because I'm coming for you, and I'm knocking you out - you're going down.

"I respect you as an athlete, and I know you're training hard, but I am going to knock you out, see you soon."

Hall opted against warm-up bouts but has released ruthless sparring footage heading into the pay-per-view spectacle.
