IRANIAN HULK Sajad Gharibi repeatedly punched a WALL during a recent Instagram video showing off his wacky training techniques.
Gharibi is set to fight 'scariest' man on the planet Martyn Ford at the O2 Arena in April next year.
Also known as the 'Persian Hercules', Gharibi is set to weigh in at around 390lbs, or 28 stone.
The strongman took to Instagram to show off some of his training methods as he prepares for the bout.
His video starts with relatively simple clips of him lifting weights.
But it takes a strange turn, as he bursts a watermelon with his bare hands.
Gharibi can also be seen bending metal and towing a car - before hammering some tyres.
He then punches a hole in a wall after hitting it repeatedly.

The Iranian Hulk captioned his video: "YES THIS IS PERSONAL.
"Beautiful white teeth one side you with all your sponsors front of me with dear fans all around the world who support and motivate me.
"Different conditions it's not important even if the worst conditions i have but iranian hulk never stops see you april 2nd."
Ford will have a seven inch height advantage over Gharibi, when the pair meet in the ring.
The 39-year-old Brit, ten years his opponent's senior, has been trained by former World's Strongest Man Eddie Hall, who is recovering from an injury ahead of a potential fight against Hafthor 'Thor' Bjornsson.
Ford has a background in bodybuilding but once wanted to be a cricketer before bulking up - he has also appeared in several films in recent years including The Man From U.N.C.L.E.
Upon announcing the bout, he wrote: "I can't promise you the most technical fight in the world BUT I will promise you that I will bring my absolute EVERYTHING and turn this into an EVENT you will NEVER forget."
