GEORGINA RODRIGUEZ says she loves living in England and being able to return six years after working as an au pair in Bristol has been “great.”
The model and influencer announced on Thursday at the same time as her footballer husband that their unborn twins would be a boy and a girl.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s eldest son Cristiano Jr, 11, his four-year-old twins Eva and Mateo and the couple’s daughter Alana Martina, also four, told the world their gender with an amusing video in which they popped balloons with pink and blue confetti inside.
And today Argentine-born Georgina, who grew up in the northern Spanish city of Jaca, said she and her family were 'super happy' in Manchester as she revealed their kids thought she was having her babies when she went for her ultrasound scan in October.
It also emerged the twins are set to be born in April, with the 27-year-old five months pregnant.
Georgina laid bare her love of England in a new magazine interview, with more details of her confessions to the Spanish version of Cosmopolitan emerging after she described herself as 'strong with personality.'
The stunning brunette, who will feature on the front cover of the magazine out next week in a spangly red dress, said: “Our life can change at any moment but we’re really happy here.
"I love England and when I was younger my dream was to live in London.

"I went to Bristol as an au pair six years ago and being able to return to England to live here has been a great opportunity."
Georgina, living with Cristiano at a £3million mansion in Cheshire, also said she couldn’t wait to increase the size of their family, saying: "I feel great and I’m looking forward to the twins to be born.
"The other children have taken the news very well although when they went with me for the scan, they thought I was going to give birth there and then and were asking me, 'But aren’t they going to be born now?'
"They’re really looking forward to it."
Telling the magazine she was reducing her sugar intake every day and drinking more and more water, she added: "I’m also keeping in shape by going to the gym and going out walking."
Georgina, who five years ago was an unknown £10-an-hour shop worker and now boasts nearly 29million Instagram followers, said she was well aware of being a role model 'to many'.
Reflecting on her own life transformation, which will be the focus of a Netflix documentary expected to screen next year, she said: "I like helping people, young girls and young boys who want to leave home to study but don’t have a lot of opportunities.

"But in the end doing what they can, achieve it and little by little start making their dreams and objectives come true. And I like that.
"I would urge people to fight for their dreams and not to listen to a ‘no’ if they have ideas and get knock-backs and keep on trying to move forward."
'OBSTACLES'
She added: "Life puts obstacles in your way, it offers you the path to the left and the path to the right and you have to decide, to have good values and act with your heart without wanting to hurt other people.
"And above all don’t do to others what you wouldn’t want them to do to you.”
Cristiano, described by Georgina as her 'advisor, protector and mentor' in the Cosmopolitan interview, wrote alongside the couple’s twins announcement on Thursday: "Where life begins and love never ends," followed by heart emojis.
The video featured their daughter Alana Martina and the footballer’s little girl Eva, also three, in pink pyjamas to go with the pink confetti in the balloon they burst.
Eva’s twin Mateo and Cristiano’s eldest son Cristiano Jr, nicknamed Cristianinho, were in darker outfits to match the blue confetti that appeared when they burst theirs.
Georgina exclaimed: “Ole! How lovely!” as she struggled to contain her emotions while the four kids played after revealing the exciting news.
And to make the video complete the gorgeous brunette had put the two girls next to presents in pink wrapping paper beside the family Christmas tree at their Cheshire home.
It was not immediately clear if Cristiano and his partner had pre-recorded the video before Georgina left with the four kids last week for a luxury Lapland trip to see Santa, or whether it was made after they returned to the UK.
Earlier in the day Georgina revealed she has no fear of critics trolling her over her upcoming Netflix series because she is 'strong with personality'.

The mum-of-one will admit in the new fly-on-the-wall documentary focusing on her rags-to-riches life she is waiting for Cristiano to pop the question more than five years after they began dating.
The start date for the show, called 'I am Georgina' has yet to be announced and fans have already started letting off steam on social media about the delay.
