PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN have reportedly reached a 'verbal agreement' with Barcelona contract rebel Ousmane Dembele.
The news comes as a blow to the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Newcastle, all whom have been linked with Dembele this month.
Dembele is out of contract at the end of the campaign, and will not be renewing his contract with Barcelona.
He's now set to become a PSG player, 'barring an incredible turnaround' according to French outlet .
Whether that's before the winter deadline or in the summer though remains to be seen.
Barca could be tempted into letting Dembele go for a cut-price fee before the window slams shut, in order to avoid losing the 24-year-old for nothing come the end of the season.
Talks are understood to be ongoing for a move this month, but the clubs face a race against the clock to reach an agreement before tomorrow's deadline.
Contract talks between Dembele and Barca reached a standstill after the winger reportedly demanded over £16.5m-per-year to sign a new deal, which works out at over £300-a-week.

Barca on the other hand offered around £11.5m-per-year, equivalent to £220,000-a-week, not be enough for Dembele.
In the end boss Xavi gave the Frenchman an ultimatum to either sign the contract or face not playing for the remainder of the season.
His refusal to agree to Barca's terms guaranteed he would be leaving the club.
PSG have emerged as frontrunners for his services as the French giants look to replace their ageing front line.
Lionel Messi (34) and Angel Di Maria (33) are in the twilight of their careers, while the 29-year-old Neymar has struggled with injury as of late.
And despite being persistently linked with a move to the Premier League, it's PSG who are favourites for his signature after agreeing personal terms.
The club's sporting director, Leonardo, is a huge fan of Dembele, and has tracked his progress since his time with Rennes.
