BEN CHILWELL provided Chelsea supporters with a positive update on his road to recovery.
The England international is expected to be out for the rest of the season through injury.
The 25-year-old wing-back underwent knee surgery on a partial ACL tear he suffered during Chelsea's 4-0 win over Juventus in November.
On December 30, he gave fans a thumbs up after the operation.
He was spotted reporting back to Cobham to begin his rehabilitation last month on crutches.
Now he looks to be stepping up his recovery after his Chelsea team-mate Callum Hudson-Odoi uploaded a short clip of his pal on Instagram.
The winger recorded Chilwell kicking a ball at the club’s HQ before he showed off some quick footwork.
However, the defender was not quite quick enough on Tuesday night as he was one of the Chelsea stars that hilariously got soaked by the sprinklers while parading the Club World Cup trophy before their match with Lille.

Reece James and Hudson-Odoi were also out of action with Chilwell and were unable to face the French champions.
But they appeared at Stamford Bridge before kick-off to show off their latest bit of silverware.
Chilwell carried the trophy out onto the pitch.
And then suddenly the waterworks were turned on, spraying the trio who quickly ducked out of the way laughing.
