ERLING HAALAND has been asking Martin Odegaard about Real Madrid as speculation over the striker’s future continues.
The Borussia Dortmund star is available for a reported £64million this summer, with a host of clubs desperate to sign the 21-year-old.
One of those is Manchester City, but it's claimed Haaland rejected a proposal from the Premier League champions last week.
Another team keen to secure his services are Real Madrid.
Arsenal’s Norwegian midfielder Odegaard moved to the Bernabeu as a teen before leaving permanently for the Gunners last summer.
Now he has revealed that his international teammate has been questioning him over what life is like in the Spanish capital.

Odegaard said: “We are good friends so we talk about lots of things, like when I was there.
“So yeah we talked about it but it’s not anything special.”
Haaland has suffered a frustrating campaign injury wide which has restricted him to just 16 Bundesliga appearances.
Despite that and the constant speculation over his future, he has still scored 15 goals.

But Norway’s manager Stale Solbakken has stated he will protect his forward from the media over the current international break to ensure his words do not get misinterpreted.
He said: “Every word and every sentence he says would be twisted, and the translation would certainly be a bit speculative.
“I don’t want to pretend that it’s not a problem – because it is.”
