Tiger Woods on course for amazing Masters return as Billy Horschel gives positive update on Sunday practice at Augusta
TIGER WOODS is set to participate in the Masters and the golf legend is back to his best, according to Billy Horschel.
Horschel, 35, is also participating at Augusta and has been practising alongside Woods.
The pair played for 20 minutes on Sunday afternoon and five-time Masters winner Woods left Horschel impressed.
The golfer told : “He (Woods) looked good to me.
“He looked like the Tiger we saw before the accident… the way the swing looked and the speed.
“For him to even be here this week, and hopefully be playing – which I think he is – I think we’re all giddy about it.”

Golf Digest Australia reporter Evin Priest is in agreement with Horschel over Woods’ form.
He witnessed the practice session and afterwards said: “Just watched Tiger Woods on the range here at Augusta National. Warm-up lasted less than 20 mins. Worked from wedges up to driver.
“He did NOT MISS A SHOT. Every shot was flushed. Has not lost any speed.”
Woods is an outsider to take home the green jacket in the betting, ranked at 50/1 by some bookies.

But whatever happens in Augusta Woods will have impressed many by completing an unlikely sporting comeback after crashing his car last year, including Piers Morgan.
He tweeted: “Incredible… 13 months ago he had the car crash people said would end his career.
“There’s nobody in world sporting history with more steely resilience and mental strength than Tiger Woods.”
