Klitschko's manager Bernd Boente says both fighters will have tests - conducted by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association in Las Vegas.

Fury, 28, was supposed to meet Klitschko on July 9 but the fight was postponed because of an ankle injury.

Weeks later Fury was suspended from boxing after testing positive for a banned substance by the UK Anti-Doping Agency.

The Manchester-born boxer took them to the high court over the charge.

Both he and cousin Hughie - also a heavyweight boxer - had their bans lifted in August "pending full determination of the charges," said UKAD.

A hearing is set to take place in November, after the rematch.

Fury failed to show at a scheduled press conference last week, claiming his car had broken down on the way to the venue.

Klitschko said: "I strongly believe everything happens for a reason.

"This fight is going to happen even if we have bumps in the road.

"There’s not much ‘if’ [the fight will go ahead].

"But it has been a struggle because I just want to be active."
