AARON WAN-BISSAKA wants a new contract at Manchester United — but has been told to wait on new Erik ten Hag’s verdict on his future, SunSport can exclusively reveal.

United blocked recent inquiries for him, prompting AWB’s team to ask for a long-term deal instead.

Meanwhile, Paul Pogba has reportedly agreed a deal to return to Juventus, according to reports in Italy.

The Frenchman will leave United again on a free and walk back to Turin where he will pocket £6.75m-a-season plus bonuses.

And Manchester United are reportedly set to do battle with Arsenal for Lille forward Jonathan David.

According to , incoming new manager Ten Hag - who will be in attendance for United's game at Crystal Palace this weekend - wants to sign the Canada international to bolster his attack.

    Ex-Manchester United man Zlatan Ibrahimovic has revealed that he enjoyed playing for the Red Devils because he could shut up his haters.

    Speaking to ESPN's Gabs and Juls Show the Swedish legend, 40, talked about his spell in England.

    "I really enjoyed it because when I came, everybody was against it. And then in England, they didn't like me.

    Ralf Rangnick has declared incoming Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag may sign three players in the next transfer window.

    Discussing recruitment, Rangnick remarked: "If you think of Manchester City and Liverpool, they brought in [players] every transfer window.

    "They strengthened the team, they brought in players not that popular at the time when they signed and developed into the two best teams in the world.

    "I wouldn't be surprised if they play in the Champions League final in a few weeks.

    "This shows it is possible that this can happen and it would not necessarily need three, four years in order to do that."

    Man United could be on course for a shock loss to Brentford.

    That's the opinion of ex-Arsenal star Paul Merson.

    Merson said to Sportskeeda: "Manchester United have more immediate concerns, however, and this’ll be a hard game for them.

    “The way Brentford have been playing, they could pull this off. Who would’ve thought this was possible one, two, or ten years ago?

    “Brentford are going to go out there expecting to win this game. They’ll have a go at Manchester United and I think they’ll cause them a few problems this weekend.”
