The stunning blonde, 24, joined boyfriend Harry Wilson on the Craven Cottage pitch to celebrate his side's triumphant return to the Premier League.

Joining in on the promotion party, gorgeous Abby posed with the Championship trophy as she toasted her beau.

Later, she took to Instagram to congratulate her man on his success.

"Champions," she wrote alongside a gold star emoji.

She added: "What a season you’ve had.. you deserve every bit of success," accompanied with a white heart emoji.

Abby has been a constant in Harry's life since he emerged on the scene as a youngster at Liverpool.

High-school sweethearts

The first picture of Claybrook and Wilson together emerged on Instagram back in 2014, when they were 15 and 16 respectively.

But a lot has changed since then, with Harry's football career blossoming and Abby finishing her degree in Liverpool.

While he left the club on several loan deals, she stayed by his side.

As he starred for the likes of Crewe, Hull, Derby, Bournemouth, Cardiff and Fulham, Abby joined him on his quest for first team football.

Their lifestyle never seemed to suffer though.

Abby has enjoyed all the trappings of a Wag's lifestyle, clad in designer wears and enjoying lavish breaks away.

On Instagram she regularly shares trips abroad with Wilson, and their's clearly no expense spared on their holidays.

From a winter break in Dubai to a romantic getaway in Paris, Ibiza, Los Angeles and Mykonos, she is well-travelled.

And she always looks glam - mixing trendy evening dresses with revealing bikinis that show off her bod.

They're proud parents

Back in 2020, Abby and Harry started their family by getting a dog.

The pair share a Poodle cross, although the pooch's name isn't known.

Abby recently showed the K-9 off on a stroll along the River Thames in Richmond.
