Comeback kid

After his £40 million move from Hoffenheim in 2019, Joelinton was considered one of the League's biggest flops, struggling to find the net from up top or the wing.

However, the arrival of Eddie Howe has revitalised the Brazilian, turning him into one of the Magpies' most important players. From central midfield, he has established himself as a new cult hero at St James' Park.

His performances have earned him Newcastle's Player of the Year award earlier today. The fans seem to like him, too!
