ONE Manchester United legend stunned supporters and team-mates alike with his incredible physique ahead of today's charity match against Liverpool.
And one even joked he looks like he's been scientifically frozen from his playing days such is his shredded torso.
The ex-star may be 59 now and retired way back in 2007.
But he has clearly been working hard in the gym - as proven by this brilliant photo.
Pals Gary Neville and Nicky Butt were left in awe at their former team-mate's body.
Embarrassed Nev uploaded the image on his Instagram and joked: "Me and Butty are nipping to the toilet to get stripped."

And Butt added: "59 FFS."
The former United star in question is none other than Raimond van der Gouw.
But some could barely believe it was the veteran goalkeeper.
One fan wrote: "He's been training his whole life for today."

Another said: "Van der Gouw? He hasn't changed a bit."
A third brilliantly added: "Has VDG been cryogenically frozen?"
The Dutchman spent six years at Old Trafford from 1996 to 2002.
He was largely back-up goalkeeper to the likes of Peter Schmeichel and Fabien Barthez before leaving for West Ham.

Of his 60 United appearances, 23 came in the 1999-2000 season, including 14 in the Premier League following Schmeichel's departure.
However, he was beaten by sub Luis Garcia after half-time today as the Spaniard opened the scoring at the Theatre of Dreams.
Dimitar Berbatov equalised for United before Van der Gouw was replaced by Kevin Pilkington.
And it proved costly as Mark Gonzalez whipped in a glorious free-kick and then added his second in injury time to secure a 3-1 Liverpool win - and match his tally for Premier League goals.
