At club level alone, the 25-year-old played in 57 matches for Rangers last season, scoring nine goals and providing 10 assists in the process.

Although his goal was not enough for Rangers to win the Europa League, he did end the season with a Scottish Cup winners medal after a 2-0 victory over Hearts in the final.

At international level, Aribo has become a starter for Nigeria, playing in the sides crucial African Cup of Nations matches and World Cup qualifiers this past season.

Most recently, Aribo started in Nigeria's 2-1 victory over Sierra Leone in the African Cup of Nations qualifiers on June 9th.

He may not even be done yet, however, as Nigeria are scheduled to play Sao Tome and Principe on June 13th - a game that Aribo will likely be a part of.
