It will offer Joshua the chance to avenge his defeat to the Ukrainian in September last year that saw him lose his WBA, WBO and IBF world titles.

The pair came together in a boxing ring as the roadshow for the Rage On The Red Sea began.

But Usyk only faced AJ for a matter of seconds before spinning around and showing off his now-famed fancy footwork.

Usyk then decided to dance with those who had turned up to the Saudi show.

His relaxed nature is all the more impressive considering it is just weeks since he was on the front line for Ukraine fighting against the Russian invasion.

But he is now firmly back in training as he looks to hand AJ his third defeat as a professional.

And there could be an even bigger prize on offer - the chance of a undisputed heavyweight title clash against WBC king Tyson Fury.

Joshua, 32, now returns to the Middle East with his eyes on revenge - and becoming a three-time champion.

He said: “The hunger is still there.

"Keep motivation high, blips happen in life but mental toughness and consistency will always prevail. We are still on the road to undisputed.

"I am focused on the target sitting over there and, God willing, I will perform and become three-time heavyweight champion of the world.

"With Ruiz, people could see things weren’t 100 per cent but you have to be strong and thick skinned.

"When I win I keep it moving and you have to be the same in defeat. I knew I could come back.

"Usyk bust my arse for some rounds and I have to take that defeat well, as well.

"I was wrong in September and he was right and I have to reverse that on August 20.
