Flamengo found a unique way to make the Chile midfielder's arrival official - with a short video referencing the popular Netflix show Stranger Things.

starts with Vecna's clock ticking in Hawkins, Indiana and then the scene transitions to the Upside Down, which is the sinister parallel universe in which the show's main antagonist resides.

It then issues the following cryptic message: "The time has come. Just a song can save it."

Vidal is then presented as part of the TV show's dark background, which becomes lighter as the club's official anthem starts to play.

"Upside down? Just the reality: ARTURO VIDAL IS FROM FLAMENGO!
