Arsenal boost with Fabio Vieira back in first-team training as £35m transfer got injured days after signing
NEW Arsenal signing Fabio Vieira has given the club a huge boost by returning to first-team training after picking up an injury.
The 22-year-old completed a £35m transfer from Porto to The Emirates in July.
But he sent the club into panic by getting injured just days after finalising his move to North London.
The midfielder was spotted sporting a protective boot on his left ankle as he posed with a fan holding an Arsenal shirt.
The setback meant the 22-year-old's been unable to pull on the Gunners' shirt himself during their tour of America.
However, Gunners fans can breathe a sigh of relief as Vieira's been pictured in training without the boot protecting his ankle.

Alongside the pic, he simply wrote, "Loading," as the caption, seemingly alluding that he's gearing up to be thrust into action soon.
And Arsenal should be in for a treat when Vieira finally gets in on the action if team-mate Emile Smith-Rowe's claim is true.
ESR reckons the Gunners have unearthed the next Bernando Silva in the form of Vieira.

Manchester City ace Silva's been terrorising Premier League defences with his sublime passes for years, and Smith-Rowe reckons Vieira will be doing the same in no time.
But the Portuguese youngster's still got along way to before he can compare to Silva technically and financially.
Viera's set to pocket a paltry £25,000-a-week in North London, making him the club's lowest earner.
However, he's in good company as counterpart Bukayo Saka only £5,000 more than him every seven days.
