NOTTINGHAM FOREST will reportedly have to stump up £17.5million straight away to beat rivals to the signature of Maxwel Cornet.
Relegated Burnley want their versatile star's release clause paid in full to let him go this summer, according to .
Forest are thought to be one of four clubs in the running for the Ivory Coast wide-man, who can also play as a striker.
Everton and Fulham are said to have proposed loan deals with an option for a £20m permanent switch next summer.
And the there is another ";unnamed club" in the running for the 25-year-old.

The Clarets signed Cornet for £12.8m from Lyon last summer.
