ARSENAL have included sell-on fees after flogging Omari Hutchinson and Matteo Guendouzi, reports suggest.
That is according to GunnerBlog, who claim that the Gunners sold the pair on the cheap but the club is still looking at a cash windfall down the line.
Hutchinson, 18, joined the Chelsea Under-23 set-up for an undisclosed fee.
The attacking midfielder never made a senior appearance for the North Londoners throughout his seven-year stint at the Emirates.
But the 18-year-old amassed nine goals and nine assists in 24 appearances for the Under-18s as well as eight goals and seven assists in 22 games for the Under-21s.
Guendouzi, 23, joined Arsenal from Lorient in 2018 and registered a total of one goal and five assists in 82 appearances across all competitions.

The midfielder was sent out on loan to Hertha Berlin and Marseille, where he impressed last season.
The France international amassed five goals and 14 assists in 54 appearances for L'OM, who were convinced to sign him on a three-year deal for around £9million.
If any of those two players gets sold in the near future Arsenal are set to make a profit thanks to their sell-on clause.
The Gunners are turning a leaf following an inconsistent campaign that saw them miss out on Champions League qualification.
