Both Bailly and Kehrer are surplus to requirements at their respective clubs.
The pair were left out of their club's opening matchday squad of the season last weekend.
Kehrer would be available on a cut-price deal having entered the final 12 months of his contract at Parc des Princes.
Meanwhile Bailly, who has two years left on his contract at Old Trafford, isn't in Erik ten Hag's plans with Harry Maguire, Lisandro Martinez, Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof ahead of him in the pecking order.
