Missing TV star Levi Davis ‘left his friend suddenly’ to travel to Barcelona alone ‘without clothes or cash’
FEARS were growing last night for rugby and reality TV star Levi Davis who vanished on a trip to see pals in Barcelona.
The former Bath and England player, 24, has been missing for eight days since catching a boat from Ibiza to the Catalan capital.
He told close friend Richard Squire he was going to see pals but was last heard from when he posted a video from The Old Irish Pub, off the city’s tourist street La Rambla.
The star, who has appeared on X Factor: Celebrity and Celebs Go Dating, was said to have left suddenly with only a small black backpack and is without clothes or cash.
Richard, 46, who lives on Ibiza and was the last person in contact with him, said: “He announced suddenly that he was going to meet friends in Barcelona.
“But he didn’t say who they were and we haven’t heard from him since I received a video from the Irish pub on October 29.

“There’s been no word from him since and his family and everyone who knows him is getting increasingly worried.”
Levi left all his belongings at his friend’s house and he did not appear in, or speak during, his pub clip.
In 2020, the Birmingham-born winger, who has recently been turning out for Worthing Raiders, became the first professional player to come out as bisexual.
His worried mum Julie, 51, said: “Levi has been quite down lately and the manner in which he has disappeared has left us all very worried.

“He left everything behind in Ibiza and just upped and left.
“He told me he wanted some space to clear his mind and left behind medication he was taking.
“I can only appeal to Levi or anyone who has seen him to get in touch to put our minds at rest as everyone who loves him is frantic with worry.”
Former England Rugby star Ben Foden said: “I’m extremely concerned for Levi's safety and well being.
“He’s a kindhearted, talented soul who I’m proud to call a friend.
“He’s bravely shared with the public his personal struggles with his sexuality and mental health and right now it’s important he knows how loved he is and the support he has available.
