Inside John Terry’s plush ski lodge on holiday with family as Chelsea legend puts his feet up in personalised slippers

JOHN TERRY was an ice-cold killer on the pitch when he captained Chelsea to numerous cups.

And the former England skipper showed he also can keep a cool head on the slopes too after enjoying a skiing holiday with his family.

Wife Toni stunned as the pair jetted out in a private jet

Terry, 42, whisked stunning wife Toni away for a luxury trip in snow-covered mountains.

The pair were joined by family as they put their feet up in personalised slippers.

And the trip got off to a flying start as Terry and Toni, also 42, kicked back on a private jet.

Glamorous Toni was all smiles as she kicked back in a reclining leather chair, captioning her snap: “Let the fun begin!”

And the pair tucked into a delicious breakfast consisting of bacon rolls, pancakes with jam and a glass of bubbly.

But the holiday was only just starting as Terry eagerly took snaps of their destination from the plane window.

After touching down, the duo wasted no time in hitting the slopes as their family also indulged in some skiing.

The group posed for a memorable photo before hurtling down the mountainside along with other ski enthusiasts.

And after a long day in the cold, there was no better way to unwind than a cosy evening in their luxury ski lodge.

Terry and Toni kicked back in front of a roaring fire place before showing off some very fancy personalised slippers.

There were plenty of snacks and drinks on offer too for any hungry guests.

But Terry and Toni made sure they still had an appetite for a juicy steak dinner cooked over an open flame.

Terry wrote on social media: “Great first day skiing with the family. My favourite holiday.

“Feet up by the fire and early night for me.”

It’s not the first time the pair have hit the slopes, with Terry treating Toni to a lavish ski holiday for his 42nd birthday in December.

Chelsea legend Terry is now back at Stamford Bridge working as a coaching consultant for their academy.

He made 717 appearances for the Blues after signing up as a kid in 1995.

And Terry went on to win numerous trophies including five titles, five FA Cups and the 2012 Champions League.

Terry, who spent his final season as a player at Aston Villa before becoming assistant to Dean Smith there in 2018, also won 78 caps for England.

And like many Chelsea fans, he hopes Graham Potter can turn things around after a string of below-par results.

Responding to a fan asking if he helped Potter get the Blues job, Terry said on Twitter: “Absolutely not.

“I tweeted that I loved watching Brighton play and his style of play.

“I have nothing to do with the first team. I’m work[ing] with the [Under] 18s and 21s and love my role.

“Clearly results are not good enough and we need to get a settled team.”
