Liverpool boost with TWO huge Real Madrid stars doubts for Champions League game after they’re ruled out of LaLiga clash
REAL MADRID have reportedly had two key players ruled out of their Champions League tie against Liverpool.
Karim Benzema was forced off with a muscular injury in 4-0 win over Elche in midweek and Toni Kroos has picked up an illness.
The pair have been ruled out of today's match against Osasuna in LaLiga.
And Benzema and Kroos could now miss the game, according to the , in what would be a major boost for the Reds' hopes of progressing to the next round.
Liverpool will play Madrid at Anfield on Tuesday in the round of 16 in the Champions League.
Benzema's setback is the latest in what has proved to be a challenging season for the Frenchman.
