MANCHESTER CITY face freshinjury concern over skipper Vincent Kompany following his late withdrawal from Belgium's 1-1 draw with Holland on Wednesday night.
Kompany was making his return to the national squad after missing out on Euro 2016 through injury.
Belgian coach Roberto Martinez named the defender in his initial starting line-up for the friendly, however the City skipper completed the pre-match warm up but failed to re-emerge from the dressing room for kick off.

Kompany, 30, was replaced by Watford's Christian Kabasele afetr feeling some discomfort in the warm-up and decided not to play as a precaution.
Martinez confirmed the injury scare but it will be another head scratcher for City boss Pep Guardiola, who only welcomed back Kompany from injury in the League Cup in September.
"There is no injury to Vincent Kompany," Martinez said in his Press conference after the 1-1 draw.
"We did not want to take any risks with him and Kompany did not feel well after the warm-up.
"I want every player to be 100 per cent. I would be surprised if he can play Sunday, but it is still too early to say.
"We will have to assess the situation, especially with his club. If he is not ready, I will take another defender."
Kompany will stay with the Belgian squad to be assessed by the medical staff but is not expected to feature in the World Cup qualifier against Estonia.
It's another setback for the defender who has battled back from a host of injuries in recent years and has only completed one game this season.
The 30-year-old was last seen in a City shirt in the league cup defeat at Manchester United, but was subsequently replaced at half time due to fatigue.
Guardiola may have thought his skipper's injury nightmare had passed as Kompany was easing himself back into the squad, but the Belgian defender has not been seen since half time at Old Trafford.
