And in October, her dreams came true when she met the "love of my life" Reus after the dramatic draw with Bayern Munich.
The blonde bombshell even got her iconic yellow-and-black home shirt signed by the club legend.
The 23-year-old, who has dyed her hair white, is from south-west Germany but regularly makes the trips north to Signal Iduna Park.
But when Kim is not singing her heart out for Die Schwarzgelben, she is saving lives at the hospital - or posting sultry snaps for her 342,000 followers, on the golf course or even in the ring.

The nurse realised she wanted to work in hospitals when she broke her arm as a teenager and was treated at the Ludwigshafen accident clinic.
And after graduating from high school at 17, she immediately went into training to be a nurse.
And she even got permission from her bosses to share photos and videos from inside the hospital to give fans an insight into life in her nurse scrubs.
As she gained followers and traction, Kim was approached by various marketing agencies and now combines her work posts with her advertising, modelling, social life, personal life and Borussia Dortmund content.

The German star frequently gives hair and beauty tutorials on her social media, too.
She enjoys holidays in Dubai and Ibiza, has renovated her new house, went skiing in Austria and even attended the NFL at Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena.
