‘A lot of s*** went down’ – Dana White hints at huge scrap between Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler during filming

DANA WHITE has hinted Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler have scrapped outside the octagon.

The pair are expected to face off in an official bout later this year.

But, speaking at the UFC 285 press conference, White suggested the fire has already being stoked in their bellies.

White said: "Chandler and Conor were very respectful to each other.

"And then some things started escalating that you will see on the show and they do not like each other now.

"I don't look at stuff that's good for the show or things like that. Whatever happens, happens. The stuff that just happened shouldn't happen.

"I'm getting old boys, I'm getting old. I would have been in there sooner back in the old days, but yeah, not good.

"A lot of s*** went down on Friday."

McGregor made a special appearance at UFC 285 at the weekend, leaving fans bemused as wife Dee rubbed his chest.

The Notorious was then spotted giving some cage advice to Jalin Turner, during his main card clash with Mateusz Gamrot.

In footage captured by SunSport, McGregor could be heard saying: "Don't be lazy, stay up."

The 34-year-old is currently in Las Vegas coaching hopefuls in The Ultimate Fighter opposite Chandler.

At the end of the process the Irishman will return to the octagon against his coaching foe for his first fight since suffering a sickening leg break during his loss to Dustin Poirier in 2021.

Meanwhile, Jon Jones became a two-division champion in the main event with a stunning first-round submission of Cyril Gane.
