A FORMER footballer decided to hang up his boots to become an international porn star.
Aged 24, Davide Iovinella was playing for Serie D club ASD Calcio Pomigliano in his homeland of Italy.
However, chose to quit his job in the hunt for more money, going down a completely different path.
Iovinella daringly put his name forward for an audition to work in an adult film.
He was successful and was selected by director Rocco Siffredi.
The player got somewhat of a transfer move, flying out to Hungarian capital Budapest to visit Siffredi's Academy.

It was there Iovinella was no more and he adopted the name Davide Montana.
Speaking about his career switch, he said: "It's not like being in bed with your partner, so you have to work hard and be stable.
Despite him retiring from football, he was open to finding a club in Budapest.
He explained: "The ideal would be to find a club in Hungary."

He is not the only one to have quit the sport for the porn industry.
Danny Mountain was an ex-Southampton star as a youngster and even turned down bid from Chelsea, West Ham and Tottenham.
However, a knee injury gave dealt him a major setback when he was 16-years-old.
He turned to carpentry to make a living before getting involved in adult films after his Page Three model girlfriend was offered a role.
