WELL AYL BE DAMNED

Wolves star Jonny Otto sent off for horror lunge on Leeds star Luke Ayling who is lucky to not suffer broken leg

WOLVES star Jonny Otto has been red carded for a horror tackle on Leeds defender Luke Ayling.

The high challenge saw Ayling's leg bend at a horrible angle, but the 31-year-old was thankfully okay and able to continue.

Earlier in the match, Jonny had scored a brilliant goal.

The Spaniard lobbed Leeds keeper Illan Meslier from all of 40 yards.

In the end Jonny's goal counted for little, with Leeds having already been 3-0 up at Molineux.

Jack Harrison gave Javi Gracia's side a dream start on six minutes, before Ayling doubled their lead shortly after half-time.

Rasmus Kristensen made it 3-0 a little after the hour mark, and a few minutes before Jonny's wonder-strike.

Matheus Cunha pulled another back to make things interesting at 3-2.

But Jonny's moment of madness effectively ended the game as a contest.

Leeds ace Rodrigo put some gloss on the win with a 97th minute goal.

And there was still time for another flashpoint in the 100th minute, when Matheus Nunes was sent off and Saints were reduced to nine.

Wolves' win took Julen Lopetegui's side up to 13th in the Premier League table.

It saw them leapfrog Leeds in the process, who fall to 14th.
