THIBAUT COURTOIS hit back at Chelsea fans with a cheeky gesture.
During Real Madrid's clash with the Blues at Stamford Bridge, Courtois was relentlessly booed by the fans who once adored him.

Footie fans rushed online to share their thoughts on the act.
Chelsea fans were understandably not too pleased, with a number of fans labelling him a "snake".
