Pep Guardiola's side got their European campaign back on track with a bad-tempered 3-1 win over Barcelona at the Etihad.
And they beat Borussia Monchengladbach 4-0 at the Etihad so have reason to be confident following Saturday's 2-1 victory at Crystal Palace.

Team news
Man City's hero at Selhurst Park, Yaya Toure, will not be available in Germany as Pep Guardiola left him out of 21-man Champions League squad.
If City qualify for the Last 16, Guardiola will be able to recall him in January.
Vincent Kompany could also miss out after being substituted after 37 minutes with a blow to the head at Crystal Palace.
Borussia Monchengladbach have no new injury worries but Cristoph Kramer and Julian Korb will both miss the match through suspension.
