CHELSEA fans fear that Armando Broja could be used in part-exchange for Moises Caicedo after reportedly agreeing personal terms with Villarreal striker Nicolas Jackson.

Broja, 21, impressed on loan at Southampton during the 2021-22 campaign, before being given fleeting opportunities at Stamford Bridge during the first half of last season.

The Albanian's breakthrough was cruelly curtailed in December, when he suffered a cruciate ligament injury.

Despite Jackson's impending £30million arrival, supporters are hoping that Broja will still be given another chance to shine.

In addition to Jackson, Chelsea are also eager to sign Brighton ace Moises Caicedo.

The Seagulls are reportedly interested in a host of young Blues starlets that could be in included in a deal - including Broja.

Upon the prospect of his exit being raised, one fan wrote: "Broja for me is still the best in terms of tight angle finishes, never got the chance, instead we were playing havertz up front."

While a second moaned: "Really don’t get why Broja or fofana just weren’t given a chance."

A third fumed: "If this means Broja leaves, I'm gonna lose my mind."

And another added: "I hope Broja goes out on loan. Letting him go on a permanent would be another HUGE mistake."

In addition to Broja, Brighton are also believed to be interested in Conor Gallagher as well as former loanee Levi Colwill.

The Blues have reportedly turned down a £30m bid from the Seagull for Colwill.

Caicedo, 21, is claimed to have agreed terms on a move to Stamford Bridge, despite previously wanting to join Arsenal.

Broja, meanwhile, will reportedly be ready to return to action in time for Mauricio Pochettino's first training session at the helm.
