Man Utd target Mohammed Kudus lined up for transfer to Premier League rivals leaving fans worried about new competitors
PREMIER LEAGUE fans have been left worried about Brighton as the club reportedly wants to sign Mohammed Kudus.
The Ajax star has been a long-term target of Manchester United and is highly rated across Europe.
The Seagulls have impressed in the last two seasons in which they have managed back-to-back top-ten finishes and even qualified for the Europa League last campaign.
For much of the season, Brighton were fighting for a spot in the top four and the Champions League, as well as making it to the FA Cup semi-final.
This came despite losing star players Marc Cucurella and Yves Bissouma in the summer transfer window as well as manager Graham Potter and backroom staff members to Chelsea after the season started.
Now the club are looking to build on the solid work by boss Roberto De Zerbi and add Kudus, 22, to their attacking options, according to .

He had claimed that the Ghanian is on the South Coast outfit's transfer list, and they have a "concrete interest" in him.
Like United, Chelsea have also been interested in the attacking midfielder who netted 11 goals in 30 Eredivisie appearances last season.
And if Kudus were to move to Brighton, he would likely strengthen their options going forward ahead of another campaign with lofty ambitions.
This has left fans worried that the Seagulls could continue to disrupt the established big clubs in the Premier League.
