De Gea, 32, was reportedly offered a one-year contract extension on vastly reduced terms.

He is even believed to have put pen to paper on a new deal before United backed out of the offer, and now the goalkeeper looks set to leave Old Trafford.

Wilfried Zaha also looks likely to leave Crystal Palace after 12 years at the club.

He has been offered a club record salary worth £200,000-a-week but is keen to play Champions League football amid interest from Lazio.

Clubs across Europe and Saudi Arabia are interested in the winger who scored seven Premier League goals last season.

Meanwhile Liverpool pair Roberto Firmino and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are on the lookout for their next adventure after failing to receive contract offers from the club.

Firmino was told he would be leaving several months ago and he had been linked with a move to Barcelona.

Oxlade-Chamberlain's injury issues may make it harder for the former England international to find a new club, but Brighton, Aston Villa and Newcastle were believed to be interested earlier this year.

Another ex-England star, Jesse Lingard, is also searching for a new club after Nottingham Forest released the midfielder.

He revealed he is exploring all options when it comes to his next club, hinting he could move to Saudi Arabia.

Joao Moutinho could be heading the same way following his release by Wolves, with reports claiming he could link up with former manager Nuno Espirito Santo at Al Ittihad.

Meanwhile Yerry Mina is facing unemployment after being let go by Everton, but has been linked with a shock move to Fulham.

Another defender, Axel Tuanzebe, could be set to join Stoke after being set for release by Manchester United.

Phil Jones was also included on the released list and he is tipped to re-join Blackburn or another EFL club.

Whereas Brighton are fighting to hold onto Joel Veltman amid interest from Roma and Sevilla.

The Seagulls are waiting for a decision from the Dutchman after offering him a new contract.

Arsenal are also negotiating with Reiss Nelson over new terms after he rejected the offer of a new deal last month.
