Football legend Lionel Messi joined MLS side Inter Miami in June 2023 on an initial deal for two and a half years.

Jorge Mas, who is a co-owner of Inter Miami along with Jose Mas and Beckham, previously told the Spanish press that Messi will earn between $50-$60million per year, equating to around £35-£47million.

This puts the total contract value between $125m and $150m.
