CHELSEA legend John Terry is on the verge of agreeing a deal to manage Saudi Pro League side Al-Shabbab, SunSport can exclusively reveal.
The former England defender has had stints as an assistant coach with Aston Villa and Leicester, but now he's set to be Saudi's latest managerial recruit, following in the footsteps of Steven Gerrard.
Meanwhile, Liverpool have been offered a staggering £215million for winger Mohammed Salah.

Cherries in Daka dash
Bournemouth are in talks over a late deal for Leicester striker Patson Daka, writes JACK ROSSER.
Daka has been tracked by the Cherries all summer and talks are now talking place over a loan deal with an option or obligation to by likely to be included.
Fellow Premier League sides Burnley and Everton have been interested this summer.
Everton failed to agree any deal with the Foxes, while Daka snubbed a move to Turf Moor.
Getafe sign Greenwood
Mason Greenwood has found a deadline day deal to join LaLiga side Getafe on loan for the rest of the season, writes NEIL CUSTIS.
A United club statement said: "The move enables Greenwood to begin to rebuild his career away from Manchester United.
"The club will continue to offer its support to Mason and his family during this period of transition."

Jurgen Klopp insists Mohamed Salah is "super committed" to Liverpool despite Al-Ittihad reportedly being willing to pay £200million for the strike legend.
The Reds rejected deadline bids from the Saudis said to have gone up to £170m.
And boss Klopp said: “From my point of view, I see absolutely nothing to worry about. Mo is super committed.
“He’s really in training fully there, in the leadership meetings this week, he is fully in. All good, we are here and everything is fine.
“The difference between the contracts here and the contracts there [Saudi], they are that big. They cause problems. 100%.”
Man Utd's Hannibal decision
Hannibal Mejbri is set to be handed an "important role" by Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag, it's been claimed.
The Red Devils signed the Tunisia international from Monaco back in 2019 but he's yet to establish himself in the first team.
SunSport understands Mejbri turned down multiple moves away from Old Trafford this summer in order to fight for his place in the starting XI.
And according to the Ten Hag has given Mejbri reassurances over playing time at Old Trafford.
They claim the Dutchman told Mejbri he'd be handed "an important role" if he decided against leaving the club.
Szoboszlai says Salah wants to stay
New Liverpool hero Dominik Szoboszlai insists Mo Salah wants to stay at Liverpool after they both netted in today's 3-0 defeat of Aston Villa.
Hungary midfielder Szoboszlai, signed from RB Leipzig this summer, drilled the opener and Al-Ittihad target Salah bagged the final goal.
Liverpool have reportedly rejected a £150million bid from the Saudis for their Egypt striker, amid suggestions of a £170m follow-up offer and a £200m upper limit.
Szoboszlai said: "Everyone is talking about it and of course we are talking about it to each other.
"But he wants to stay and be here so we are happy. He is a great person and we need guys like that."

Liverpool are adamant that their star forward is not for sale but the Saudi Pro League side are willing to go as high as a world-record £200m ahead of the transfer window in the Middle East closing on Thursday.
Last Thursday, Egypt chief Rui Vitoria called up Salah for the Africa Cup of Nations dead rubber qualifier at home against Ethiopia on Friday.
The 31-year-old was due to join his international team-mates on Monday to prepare but has been allowed to stay in the UK and be available for any talks on his future.
SunSport understands the Egyptian Football Association have “decided to give him a break” but the ex-Roma star is expected to travel for the friendly against Tunisia at home on September 12.
