Arsenal vs Nottingham Forest DELAYED amid chaos at Emirates Stadium with thousands of fans stuck outside
CHAOS outside Arsenal's stadium saw their Premier League opener delayed by 30 minutes.
The Gunners were due to take on Nottingham Forest at 12.30pm, looking to start their title challenge with a bang.
But the club were forced to delay the game until 1pm.
Arsenal tweeted: "This afternoon's game with Nottingham Forest will now kick off at 1pm (UK), due to a delay at the turnstiles."
The delay was caused by a new digital ticketing system going down.
Thousands of supporters were stuck outside the Emirates Stadium waiting to be let in.
