EMMA LOUISE JONES was left red-faced after she was sent embarrassing screenshots of herself on live TV by fans.

The BBC presenter, 33, who also works for Leeds United, revealed one of the many images she received on Instagram.

In the picture she shared she's seen gawping open-mouthed at the camera.

Blonde beauty Jones captioned the photo: "Thanks for all the stunning screenshots you send to me while I'm on air."

She added a crying emoji to her message, although clearly she was able to see the funny side.

Jones is no stranger to pointing out the fan interaction she gets online.

She recently responded perfectly to a creepy comment she received while wearing a Leeds shirt.

 Emma wowed her fans as she posed for a snap in the new third shirt of the Yorkshire club.

Leeds just launched the pink and yellow kit, which has been compared to looking like Mr Blobby.

Emma shared a  of the new shirt with the caption:  "I like it! (Also good for covering food and drink spillages) @LUFC."

While many of her fans loved the pic, it did lead to one creep commenting: "Can u pls turn on dm [direct messages] so that I can compliment you about how nice it looks on you."

To which Emma perfectly responded and shut down the person's advances.

She replied: "No. That’s why I turned them off."

The stunner also asked fans to report a fake account after it made a bizarre role play post.

An internet user made a fake Instagram account under a similar username and same profile picture to impersonate her.

They then asked for their followers to send them messages and they would reply pretending to be Emma.

She was left disgusted and posted a screenshot of their post, which read with love heart emojis: "DM me, I will reply as if I'm Emma. Role play/fantasy account only."

The real presenter begged for fans to report the catfish page and get it taken down.

Emma wrote: "Please report this account if they message you. They are replying to people pretending to be me. The internet is a strange place."
