Erling Haaland named PFA Player of the Year while Bukayo Saka scoops Young Player award at glitzy red-carpet bash
ERLING HAALAND was crowned Player of the Year at the PFA Awards.
The Manchester City striker led the way on the red carpet earlier in the evening, looking dapper in a dark suit.
Norwegian superstar Haaland - who has become known for his penchant for silk pyjamas - dressed up for the occasion as he attended with glamorous girlfriend Isabel Haugseng Johansen.
Proud dad Alfie was also there to see his son pick up the most prestigious individual award in English football.
And he was rewarded for a Treble-winning season with Man City, as well as a record 52 goals.
Haaland was given his prize by Prem record scorer Alan Shearer.

When asked about potentially breaking the Newcastle legend's number, Haaland said: "He scored a lot of goals and I don't want to look too far ahead but I want to be right here, right now.
"I try to enjoy every single moment in my life. I have been plying in a really good team and they help me a lot. Individually I have to keep improving."
Haaland also lifted the lid on manager Pep Guardiola's methodology, adding: "It is intense sometimes. You have seen it on tv. He is demanding every single day and in training."
Elsewhere, Aston Villa's Rachel Daly won the Women's PFA Player of the Year.

Arsenal's Bukayo Saka was Young Player of the Year.
And Chelsea's Lauren James was crowned Women's Young Player.
Before the trophies were handed out, Haaland was joined on the red carpet by numerous Arsenal stars.
Aaron Ramsdale, Martin Odegaard and William Saliba dressed the part on the night.
But it was Saka who stole the limelight as he went on to collect his prize.
England legend Jill Scott and World Cup finalist Alex Greenwood stunned in their respective outfits.
And presenter Olivia Buzaglo was not hard to miss in a bright pink dress.
Former Three Lions goalie Peter Shilton did his best James Bond impression in a razor-sharp tuxedo.
Jonny Evans also wore a tux and cracked a huge smile.
The defender is currently on a short-term deal at Man United but could be set for a longer contract after reports claimed Raphael Varane could miss six weeks through injury.
Alan Shearer was another former England international looking his best on the night.
There were more famous faces to come, with Brighton striker Evan Ferguson all smiles on the red carpet.
He was followed by numerous Man City stars, with John Stones leading the way.
Fellow defender Ruben Dias came next, along with Rodri - who netted City's winner against Sheffield United at the weekend.
And England World Cup ace Lauren James also put in an appearance before winning Young Player of the Year, as did Chelsea legend John Terry.
As for the awards, there were plenty of other big winners on the night.

And the Team of the Year held no surprises either, with stars like Harry Kane and Kevin De Bruyne in the mix.
